Services include preparation of project survey base map of the existing site and development of Conceptual Site Plans to include the preparation of three alternative proposed site plans depicting the following information:
Provide three potential layouts of a marina dock plan to incorporate a shoreline perimeter boardwalk and a facility for ferry docking and unloading. Additionally, provide buildings for a reverse osmosis facility and equipment storage. Provide three potential layouts of proposed upland bungalows with a common pool area.
