Coastal Engineering Consultants, Inc. (CEC) conducted environmental assessments, water quality analyses, and bathymetric and hydrographic surveys of Lee County's public marine park at the Punta Rassa Boat Basin for the purpose of determining circulation patterns, water quality, and ecological values at the site. These studies allowed our staff to design preliminary plans for the environmental and recreational enhancement of the boat basin. CEC provided Phase II services including the design and permitting of upgrades to the boat ramp facility, stormwater improvements, channel dredging, and shoreline and shallow water enhancement area. CEC also provided bid and construction administration services.
