Coastal Engineering Consultants (CEC) is providing environmental services and comprehensive construction administration for the Blind Pass Restoration Project. Some of the specific duties include mapping seagrasses within the dredge footprint and adjacent bay; assisting Lee County obtain FDEP Notice to Proceed; establishing survey control; and conducting the physical monitoring plan. CEC will assist Lee County implement a mitigation plan to offset direct impacts from the initial dredging.
