Coastal Engineering Consultants, Inc. conducted appraisals of approximately 30 parcels along this heavily commercialized traffic corridor under two separate contracts. Parcels appraised included hotels, restaurants, car washes, services stations, auto service facilities, and several commercial properties (vacant and improved) from which Right-of-Way was needed for roadway expansion.
