Coastal Engineering Consultants, Inc. (CEC) was responsible for establishing bench marks for vertical and horizontal control during construction; establishing line and levels; locating and laying out site improvements including pavements, grading, fill and topsoil placement, utility locations, slopes, and invert elevations. CEC also established manhole center coordinates for sanitary sewers, storm sewers, underground piping, spot elevations, and centerline elevations. Work also involved preparing as-builts of the pipework, utilities, and infrastructure.
