Coastal Engineering Consultants, Inc. provided professional engineering, land surveying and planning services in connection with applying for the government approvals and permits for the expansion of the existing worship facilities. Also, CEC provided environmental assessment including vegetation inventory and endangered and threatened species survey; delineation of jurisdictional wetland boundaries; infrastructure construction plans and specifications; prepared traffic and environmental impact statements; and coordinated the initial soils and rock investigation. Services also included construction inspection and final certification.
