The Lemuria development has 72 multi-family residential living units consisting of 18 four-unit buildings, 0.5 miles of road, a pool and recreational facility and two tennis courts on approximately 24.21 acres.

Coastal Engineering Consultants, Inc. services included the planning site rezone, site surveying and mapping, site plan and design, permitting, construction inspection and final certification. The entrance to the project was coordinated with the construction of Goodlette-Frank Road to eliminate duplication of effort.
