Coastal Engineering Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is responsible for the permitting and construction plans for development and the Southwest Florida Water Management District Permit Modification and Charlotte County mining permit to expand the 190 acre mining operation. A concept plan and rendering for future residential development was also provided.
