Coastal Engineering Consultants successfully attained a Lee County Zoning Variance to increase the side yard setbacks for the addition of floor to ceiling bay windows for five property owners in the Turtleback subdivision.
Turtleback is a group of 14 narrow, Gulf-front duplex units with common walls and relatively few windows for each individual unit. The additions improve the original design by allowing better organization of the space and additional views of the shore line and the Gulf of Mexico.
CEC prepared the variance petition and represented the clients throughout the process.
