Coastal Engineering Consultants, Inc.'s services included a demolition plan for the existing church, site plan for a 500 seat new church, on and off site parking, special use permit for the church, a joint use agreement between the City of Marco Island and the church for joint parking. CEC was also responsible for water, sewer, and storm water management design, and traffic pattern layout for public hearings, final site plan submission to the City, coordination with the architect, landscape architect and the design team.
