The Civil Engineering Division of Coastal Engineering Consultants, Inc. (CEC) provides specialized civil engineering services for the planning, design, permitting and construction of site infrastructure for both the private and public sectors. This exclusive 240-acre golf course project required environmental permits and approval from most of the State and federal agencies. With no residential units the property will remain in harmony with the surrounding environment.

In most development projects the quality of the finished product is heavily dependent on the surveying and construction stakeout phase. Therefore, we believe that it is important that our Surveying and Mapping Division work closely with our civil engineering project managers. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive engineering and survey product, reducing the opportunity for errors and communication gaps.
