Our Real Estate Division is a multi-disciplined group of individuals that provides a wide range of services under the Real Estate umbrella. We have extensive experience in the field of Real Estate Appraisal coupled with our expanded Real Estate Brokerage expertise providing consultation, negotiation capabilities and buyer/seller representation.

Goal: to continue to provide services to our clients in a timely fashion, with the utmost regard for quality and reliability while meeting the needs of the client and in keeping with the current regulatory and professional guidelines.

Litigation assignments include: eminent domain/ condemnation representation for both the condemning authority as well as the property owner; bankruptcy presentations as an expert witness and legal support and various other real estate issues that require expertise.

The Real Estate Division is fortunate to have the Civil Engineering, Survey and Mapping and Planning divisions as supporting partners. All of these divisions are approved for FDOT road right-of-way acquisitions and allow the Real Estate Division to control the production process and appraisal report time lines from within Coastal Engineering Consultants as opposed to having to out source and communicate with other sub-consultants. This synergy allows for a timely response to critical issues in an eminent domain environment on the appraisal side as well as the critical issues that arise in the consultation with buyers and sellers of vacant land regarding the entitlement process and highest and best use concerns.

Brokerage Representation: As a member of NABOR (Naples Area Board of Realtors) and the MLS we provide an extensive data base from which buyers and sellers may list or locate properties for investment or housing needs. We also act as negotiators on behalf of property owners when dealing with acquisitions by State and Federal Agencies for preservation purchases or conservation easement acquisitions by acting as an advocate for the owner's position in order to obtain the fairest price for their property.
